New feature releases

Overview:  Stafio.ai is committed to continuous improvement, regularly rolling out new features and enhancements to help you streamline your recruitment process. This article provides an overview of how we communicate these new releases and highlights how you, the user, can explore and implement them. While new features often automate parts of your workflow, your manual action is always required to configure, test, and adopt them into your daily process.  1. How We Announce New Features  - In-App Notifications: You will receive a prominent notification within the Stafio.ai dashboard when a new feature is live. This notification will typically include a brief description of the feature and a link to a more detailed announcement.  - Email Communication: We will send an email to all account administrators and relevant users, providing a comprehensive summary of the new feature, its benefits, and instructions on how to get started.  - Release Notes: A dedicated "Release Notes" or "What's New" section in the help center will be updated with every new feature release, providing a detailed breakdown of the functionality.  2. Adopting a New Feature  - Manual Exploration: New features are designed to be intuitive, but a manual exploration of the new functionality is always recommended. This includes clicking on the new icons, exploring the new menu items, and testing the feature with a non-critical task.  - Configuration: Many new features, especially those that involve integrations or changes to the workflow, will require manual configuration by an administrator. This ensures that the feature is set up to align with your organization's specific needs.  - Training: We often provide webinars, tutorials, or updated help documentation to guide you through new features. It is your manual responsibility to participate in these trainings to ensure you and your team are using the new feature to its full potential.  3. Recent Feature Highlights  - AI-Powered Interview Analysis: Our new AI can now automatically transcribe interview recordings, perform sentiment analysis, and generate a summary of key talking points.  - Custom Reporting Dashboard: Administrators can now manually build custom reports and dashboards with a drag-drop interface.  - SMS Communication Integration: You can now enable and manually configure SMS communication with candidates from within the platform.  4. Troubleshooting & Tips:  Issue: I can't see a new feature that was announced.  Suggested Fix: The feature may be an administrator-level setting that needs to be manually enabled first. Contact your account administrator. The feature may also be part of a higher-tier subscription plan.  Issue: The new feature isn't working as expected.  Suggested Fix: Check the help documentation for the new feature to ensure it has been configured correctly. If you still encounter issues, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If the problem persists, contact Stafio.ai support.  Issue: My team is having trouble adopting the new feature.  Suggested Fix: Schedule a team meeting to manually walk them through the new feature. Refer to the available help articles and training materials. Consider creating a custom internal guide for your team.

Upcoming enhancements

Overview:  Stafio.ai is constantly evolving, and we believe in providing our users with a clear roadmap of what's to come. This article provides a general overview of our upcoming enhancements, giving you a glimpse into new features and improvements currently in development. This forward-looking view allows you to anticipate changes and plan for the adoption of new functionalities, which will always require your manual configuration and oversight.  1. How We Communicate Upcoming Enhancements  - Product Roadmap: We periodically share a high-level product roadmap with our administrators. This document outlines the major themes and planned features for the upcoming quarters, providing a strategic view of our development focus.  - Early Access Programs: We sometimes invite a select group of users to participate in early access programs for new features. Participation in these programs is a manual, opt-in process that allows you to provide feedback and influence the final product.  - Announcements: We will make formal announcements about specific enhancements as they get closer to release, either through a blog post, a dedicated page on our website, or a direct email.  2. Planning for Adoption  - Knowing what's on the horizon allows you to prepare your team for future changes.  - Internal Communication: As an administrator, you should manually inform your team about upcoming changes and discuss how they might affect your current workflows.  - Workflow Adjustments: If a major new feature is coming (e.g., a new ATS integration or a new data-handling tool), you should manually plan how your team's workflow will need to be adjusted to accommodate the change.  - Training Preparation: Start preparing your team for any necessary training sessions that will be offered as part of the new feature rollout.  3. What's on the Horizon (Examples)  - Deeper AI-Driven Insights: We are working on a new module that will provide more granular, AI-powered insights into candidate pipelines, including predictive analytics on time-to-hire and sourcing channel effectiveness.  - Enhanced Candidate Experience: We are developing new tools to provide a more interactive and personalized experience for candidates, including a new portal for them to track their application status.  - Advanced Compliance Tools: We are building new tools to further assist with data privacy, including automated data retention policies and a more robust consent management system.  4. Disclaimer  - Please note that all upcoming enhancements and timelines mentioned are subject to change. Our development priorities are a reflection of user feedback and market needs, and we may adjust them as necessary.

Scheduled maintenance notices

Overview:  From time to time, Stafio.ai performs scheduled maintenance to improve the platform's performance, enhance security, and deploy new features. We understand that this can impact your workflow, so we are committed to providing clear and timely notices of any planned downtime. This article explains how we communicate these notices and what you can do to prepare.  1. How We Communicate Maintenance Notice - In-App Banner: A banner notification will appear at the top of your Stafio.ai dashboard at least 48 hours in advance of any scheduled maintenance. This banner will provide the date, time, and expected duration of the downtime.  - Email Communication: An email will be sent to all administrators and key users with the same information as the in-app banner.  - Status Page: You can always check our official status page for real-time updates on system performance and maintenance. This is a manual action you can take to verify the status of the platform at any time.  2. Preparing for Downtime - Manual Planning: It is your manual responsibility to check for maintenance notices and plan your workflow accordingly. If you know there will be a downtime, you should save all your work and avoid starting any critical tasks that may be affected.  - Communicate with Your Team: Administrators should manually communicate the planned downtime to their team members to ensure everyone is aware and can adjust their schedules.  - Save Your Work: The system may not be accessible during maintenance. We recommend that you manually save all your work, including any unsaved notes or drafts, before the scheduled downtime begins.  3. What to Expect During Maintenance - System Unavailability: The platform will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window. You will not be able to log in, access candidate profiles, or perform any other actions.  - Data Safety: Your data is safe. The maintenance process is designed to be non-disruptive to your data, and all information is securely backed up before any work begins.  - Updates and Improvements: When the system comes back online, you may notice performance improvements or new features that have been deployed as part of the maintenance.  4. Troubleshooting & Tips:  Issue: I missed the maintenance notice and the system is down.  Suggested Fix: Go to the official Stafio.ai status page to check if the system is currently under maintenance. The page will provide a clear estimate of when the system will be back online.  Issue: I was working on something when the downtime started.  Suggested Fix: As a best practice, always save your work frequently. If you were in the middle of a critical task, you will need to restart it once the system is back online.  Issue: The system is still down after the scheduled maintenance time.  Suggested Fix: Check the official status page for any updates on a potential delay. If there is no information, contact Stafio.ai support for assistance.
