Overview: Stafio.ai provides a transparent and easy-to-use system for managing your invoices and payments. This article guides you through the manual process of accessing your billing history, downloading invoices, and understanding the payment methods available to you. Proper management of these documents is a manual responsibility that ensures a smooth and uninterrupted subscription to our services.

1. Where to Find Your Invoices

  • Accessing the Billing Section:

    • As an administrator, navigate to Settings > User > Profile > Billing.

    • This page serves as your central hub for all subscription and billing-related activities.

    • Within this section, you will see a "Transaction History" or "Invoice History" area.

  • Manual Intervention Point: You can manually view your invoices at any time. This includes both your current and past billing statements.

2. Downloading Invoices

  • Issue: You need a copy of a past invoice for your records or accounting purposes.

  • Manual Solution:

    • On the billing page, locate the invoice you wish to download in the "Invoice History" table.

    • Click on the invoice number or a designated "Download" icon next to the entry.

    • The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file to your computer.

  • Troubleshooting Tip: If an invoice is not appearing, it may not have been generated yet. Your invoice will be created on your billing renewal date.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Stafio.ai supports multiple convenient payment methods to ensure a flexible and secure transaction experience:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa.

    • Digital Wallets: You can use popular digital wallet services like Google Pay and Apple Pay for quick and easy payments.

  • Manual Intervention Point: You can manually update your payment method at any time within the billing section of your settings. This is a crucial step if your card is expiring.

4. Billing Notifications & Reminders

  • Issue: You want to stay informed about your upcoming billing cycle.

  • Manual Solution:

  • The system sends timely email reminders for upcoming plan expirations and billing dates.

  • We also notify you via email if there is an issue with your payment method.

  • Important: It is your manual responsibility to ensure your registered email address is up to date and that our emails are not going to your spam folder.
