1. How to Manually Change Your Plan

Only users with Admin permissions have the ability to change a subscription.

  • Steps to Change Your Plan:

    • Navigate to Settings > Billing.

    • On the billing page, you will see your current plan and an option to "Upgrade Plan."

    • Click this button to view all available plans.

    • You can then select a plan from the available tiers.

    • You can choose between a Monthly or Yearly subscription, with the yearly option offering a 25% savings.

2. Understanding Pricing and Payment

  • Stafio.ai supports multiple convenient payment methods including Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Visa cards.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly within the platform at any time.
