Overview: The Stafio.ai dashboard is your central hub for all recruitment activities, providing a quick snapshot of your active jobs, pipeline progress, and key metrics. This article will guide you through the main sections of the dashboard to help you navigate the platform effectively and get the most out of your Stafio.ai experience. 

Key Sections of Your Dashboard:

1. Main Navigation Panel (Left Side):

  • This persistent panel provides quick access to core modules and administrative areas: 

    • Dashboard (Home Icon): Returns you to this overview screen, showing your key metrics. 

    • Talent Hub: Your primary area for managing jobs, projects, and viewing all candidates within your pipelines. (See "Talent Hub Overview - Job Creation and Management" - Coming Soon) 

    • Talent Profiles: Access your comprehensive candidate database and leverage AI matching functionalities.(See "Talent Profiles & Matching" - Coming Soon) 

    • Assessments: Manage and review candidate assessments, ensuring a streamlined evaluation process. (See "Assessments & Interviews" - Coming Soon) 

    • Reports/Analytics: Dive into your recruitment performance metrics, allowing data-driven decision-making.(See "Job Analytics" under "Job & Project Management" or "Analytics & Reporting" for a broader view - Coming Soon) 

    • User: Access your personal profile settings. 

    • Customer Management: (If applicable for your role/plan) Manage client relationships and projects. (For details, contact Support@stafio.ai) 

    • Settings: Access crucial administrative configurations like Company Profile, User Management,Billing, and Integrations. (See "Setting Up Your Company Profile" and "Inviting Your Team Members") 

    • Help/Support: Direct link to this Help Center and quick contact to our support team. 

2. Welcome Banner & At-a-Glance Metrics (Central Top):

  • Welcome Banner: A personalized greeting (e.g., "Welcome back Jyotsana Mishra"). 

  • Key Metrics Row: Provides immediate visibility into crucial figures for your recruitment efforts: 

    • Total Open Jobs: Quick count of active job openings. 

    • New Applications: Summary of recently submitted applications. 

    • Interviews Scheduled: Overview of upcoming interview appointments. 

    • Average Time to Hire: Performance metric showing the average duration to fill positions. 

3. Jobs Overview:

  • This section provides a list of your recent job postings. 

  • Job Title: The name of your recruitment opening. 

  • Status: Indicates if the job is "Open," "Draft," or other stages. 

  • Number of Applicants: Shows the count of candidates for each job. 

  • Actions (⋮): Click this icon to reveal options for the specific job, typically allowing you to view more details related to the job or its applicants. 

4. Upcoming Interviews:

  • This section provides a snapshot of interviews scheduled in the near future, ensuring you stay organized. If no interviews are scheduled, it will display "No data." 

5. Performance & Analytics Sections:

  • Scrolling down the dashboard reveals deeper insights into your recruitment performance: 

    • Jobs Performance: Tracks key metrics related to job visibility and candidate engagement. You can filter data by different time ranges: Last 7 Days, Monthly, Yearly, or All Time. 

      • Number of views: How many times your job postings have been seen. 

      • Applications received: Total applications collected. 

      • Interviews: Number of interviews conducted. 

    • Candidate Pipeline: A visual funnel chart representing the number of candidates at each stage of your predefined hiring process (e.g., Applied, Screened, Interviewed, Offer). The stages in this funnel are currently standard and predefined by Stafio.ai. 

    • Candidate Sources: This section (once candidates are present) will visually break down where your candidates are coming from. Examples of sources include internal referrals, LinkedIn, and other job boards, helping you optimize your sourcing strategies. 

    • Geographical Breakdown: A world map displaying the distribution of your candidates by country, along with a "COUNTRY STATS" list showing percentages for each region. This data can be filtered by All Time. 

6. User Profile & Notifications (Top Right):

  • Your Profile Picture/Icon: Click this to access your personal account settings or securely log out. 

  • Notifications (Bell Icon): Provides real-time alerts for new applications, candidate actions (e.g., completed assessments, accepted offers), team mentions, or important system updates. 

  • Search Bar: A universal search bar designed to help you quickly find specific jobs, candidates, or documents within the platform. 

Tips for Navigating the Dashboard:

  • Utilize Quick Overviews: The dashboard is designed for at-a- glance information. Leverage the key metrics and job lists for quick updates. 

  • Explore Each Module: Take time to click through each main navigation item on the left panel to understand its specific functionalities and how it contributes to your overall recruitment process. 

  • Stay Informed with Notifications: Regularly check your notification bell for critical updates and actions requiring your attention.
