Troubleshooting & Tips

Issue: Logo not uploading/displaying correctly?

Suggested Fix: Ensure your logo file is in a supported format (PNG, JPG) and meets any specified size requirements. Try a smaller file size or a different image. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. If the issue persists, contact Support@stafio.ai.

Issue: Changes not saving?

Suggested Fix: Ensure you click the "Save Changes" button after making modifications in each section. Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, refresh the page and try again.

Issue: Can't find Company Profile settings?

Suggested Fix: Only users with Admin permissions typically have access to Company Profile settings. If you believe you should have access, contact your workspace administrator. Learn more about roles in [Understanding User Roles & Permissions]. If you're looking for your personal profile settings (name, password, email), those are usually found under a "User" or "My Profile" section, separate from Company Settings.

Issue: Default settings not applying to new jobs/communications?

Suggested Fix: After setting defaults, ensure you are creating new items (jobs, emails) rather than editing existing ones that might not inherit the new defaults. If the issue persists, contact Support@stafio.ai.
